Our wildflower honey is harvested from the gardens and wildflowers of the Terrace area, and our fireweed honey is harvested from the surrounding mountains.

Our honey is unpasteurized. We never heat it, and our cold filtering process leaves all of the beneficial enzymes and phytonutrients intact.
